During these unprecedented times, we remain a welcoming place to enjoy & relax at.
Our number one priority continues to be the health and safety of our guests and team members.
WHAT WE DO TO CREATE A SAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR GUESTS AND COLLEAGUES:
We Clean. We Care. We Welcome.
WE CLEAN and disinfect all surfaces multiple times a day, with special attention to those that many touch, with rigorous cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms and all the public areas.
WASH & SANITIZE HANDS frequently and encourage our guests to do the same. Sanitizer dispensers are available for our guests and colleagues.
KEEP DISTANCE more precisely, we keep a minimum of 1,5 meters distance, both to guests and our colleagues.
NO PHYSICAL CONTACT it means -unfortunately- no handshakes, cheek kisses, and hugs.
We use UVC lamps and steam cleaners for cleaning rooms and spaces!
WE CARE for our guests and employees by introducing additional measures to safeguard their wellbeing:
Provision of medical masks & gloves, for our employees and guests upon request.
Infrared thermometer available at the entrance.
Regular training of our employees ensuring proper hand hygiene and awareness of Covid-19.
We are in constant communication with the relevant health and travel & local authorities to keep our guests and employees updated and to advise them on appropriate measures to observe.
WE WELCOME our guests into our accommodation with the same warmth and passion for hospitality we have always had. We know everything is in flux right now, but we’re ready to welcome you as usual.
